We organise events, retreats, programmes and/or coaching for your teams and leaders to develop confidence, clarity and communication by having fun, insightful experiences in the Hampshire countryside.

Our outcome focused approach and rural environment helps people realise fundamentally different perspectives through real experience, with fresh air and fresh thinking.

After working with us, leaders and teams return to work, with less focus on their perceived problems, a clearer sense of what they want to achieve and better ability to achieve it.

How We Work
Start Here

A great place to start is to bring your team to Meon Springs for an Outcome Focus Day.

This is a fun, hands-on introduction to Outcome Thinking and our experiential learning approach.

Your team will learn the fundamentals of outcome thinking, then apply them through engaging team challenges.

They will leave inspired, curious, and asking "what else is possible?"

Going forward, we offer transform and unleash programmes, supported by coaching and mentoring to help you make a difference across your organisation.

"We swapped our desks for wellies this week and headed off for a team development day with a difference.

It wasn't a conference room. It was on a working farm, surrounded by fresh air.
There were calves, teambuilding games and even bubbles!!
